For Maria Luisa Santus and Gianfranco Pagano the vine-climate-terroir link is inseparable and the only way to enhance it is to not produce cuvées but to bottle the product of individual vintages.

The concept of Terroir finds its maximum expression in Franciacorta Dosaggiozero Santus Millesimato. Dosaggiozero is disgorged without the addition of sugar inside the liqueur d'expedition. Sharp, austere, crunchy, structured, complex and with an astonishing freshness despite the very long stay on the yeasts.
