The Maison was founded by great-grandfather Alfred in 1919, approximately 8 hectares of vineyards located in Hermonville, on the side of a hill facing south, south-east, thus ideally sunny. The age of the vines varies from 15 to 65 years and the grapes are of great quality. All Miniere F&R wines are vinified in barriques of various ages to enhance the different characteristics and after the "mise en bouteille" they mature for a period of 5/6 years, while the vintage ones for 10 years or more.

The influence of Miniere F&R is powerful and complex, the nose allows the minerality to be expressed. Set of yellow fruits with a citrus finish with notes of toasted wood.
