ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the contract

ARTICLE 3 - availability of the products

For the bottles in the previous vintage of the current site does not accept replacement requests or complaints. Each bottle had its conservation history and was inspected before listing from Enolora Team. But we can not guarantee that after all these years the wine is perfectly preserved. It enolora ensure that the conditions of the bottle are exactly as described and present photography on the product page. The sale of these bottles is therefore subject to the clause "as seen and liked."

ARTICLE 4 - Payment

Each payment the CUSTOMER may be made only by means of credit cards pointed www.enolora.it site with Paypal payment method and by cash with direct cash payment to TNT / UPS courier who delivers the products purchased for amounts equal to or less than € 999.99.

ARTICLE 5 - Prices

ARTICLE 6 - duties and taxes

CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility to ensure that the product is legally imported into the country of destination. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and taxes in the destination country. Article 7 - Shipping and delivery

DEAG SNC sends in European and non-European countries via UPS, while for Italy by TNT. The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.

DEAG SNC can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

the orders relating to the goods available, subject to confirmation of availability of goods and verification of bank transaction, are shipped the day after receipt of order. The amount of transactions made by credit card is immediately charged when the order is processed and following a verification of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, DEAG S.N.C reserves the right to postpone the delivery if the order can not be dispatched for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and balances may be some delays in shipment.

ARTICLE 8 - Termination, made and change

If for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with an order, items can be returned. The refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Enolora.it may request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product in order to check its status or not to accept the return.

The head made must be returned and possibly packed in the same packaging in which it was delivered. The customer is free to use its own courier but in this case the shipping costs will be borne.

Article 9 - Legal Compliance Warranty

In case of receiving products not complying with orders or defective, the CUSTOMER is entitled to recovery without the expense of conformity by repair or replacement of the product. The CUSTOMER may exercise this right if the defect occurs within 14 days after delivery and report the defect to DEAG SNC immediately upon discovery.

Article 10 - Responsibility

SNC DEAG assumes no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even where employees of a malfunction or disruption of the Internet, if it is unable to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.

ARTICLE 11 - access to the site

the CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for inspection and of acquisition. any other use, in particular commercial is not allowed, the site or its content. Article 12 - Cookies

These Conditions of Sale are made by all of the terms that compose them . If one or more provisions of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid or declared that under the law, regulation or following a decision by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.

Article 14 - Governing law and jurisdiction

these Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.

Any dispute which remains unresolved friendly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court XXXXXX.

However, you can optionally use the mediation procedures under Legislative Decree 28/2010, for the resolution of any disputes that arise in ' interpretation and execution of these terms of sale. p>
