Fallon worked under the watchful eye of Anselme Selosse for many years as cellar manager. Based in Avize and produces only one type of Champagne, "Ozanne". Fallon is part of a large number of producers who manage the vineyard in a natural way, favoring single varieties and making wine with wood.

The name "Ozanne" comes from the historical name of the village of Avize. The production is only 850 bottles a year. An exclusive Champagne that few can afford to drink. It has an oxidative, toasted character and is rich in notes of dried fruit. It perfectly mirrors citrus flavors and winter citrus peel. The acidity gives a perfect balance and dominates the power of the wine.
