With the ownership of 22 hectares of vineyards, the Chiquet family ensures continuity in compliance with the ancestral rules. The grapes used come from the three classic Champagne vines and the Champenois allow a slow extraction of the juice: a fundamental precaution for obtaining a white wine from black grapes, preserving the finesse of the aromas. It has recently adopted the new "Mytic Diamant" cap, which guarantees the resolution of the "corked taste" problem.

This cuvée fully represents the terroir from which it comes: power, persistence and finesse characterize the Special Club Millesimato Cru of the Maison Gaston Chiquet. Light gold color with golden reflections, nose of dried fruit and citrus, good softness on the palate, where the typical aromas are found on the nose.
