The Haderburg winery was born in Salorno in the province of Bolzano, after the owners decided in the 1960s to move from producers of grapes and apples to full-fledged winemakers. Since 1976 Haderburg has been producing sparkling wines and more, following the canons of Biodynamic Agriculture. The vineyards face south-west and dominate the Salorno valley and enjoy clay and muddy soils.

Harderburg's Pas Dosè stands out for an elegant perlage that gently walks on the tip of the tongue, releasing notes of yeast and cereal hand in hand with elements of dried fruit such as almond, walnut and cashew. A harmonious wine that is desired.
