One of the newest and most promising realities in Valtellina is that of the Dirupi winery. It was founded by two young oenologists Davide Fasolini and Pierpaolo Di Franco in 2003. The Dirupi vineyards are located among the "heroic" terraces of Valtellina, they consist of 5 hectares of vineyards divided into 3 areas, with an average annual production of approximately 15,000 bottles. Between the rows, the plants are cared for in a rigorous and meticulous manner, respecting nature, the environment and the entire ecosystem as much as possible.

'Olé!' it is a cheerful and captivating wine. It is in fact a fresh, fragrant wine of Alpine elegance. The mouth is young and energetic, inviting another sip and revealing a long and very clean finish.
