  In the San Gervasio vineyard, at 750 meters above sea level, two and a half hectares of land right on the edge of the altitude of Valtellina viticulture, the Nebbiolo grapes are born which the Fay family selects for drying in the fruit cellar.
From these bunches, after more than 100 days of drying, followed by pressing and aging for 12 months in barrique, a dry, robust and complex red raisin wine is obtained, with a persistent flavor and very intense aroma.
