The Castello di Montepò in Maremma owns 50 hectares out of a total of 600 owned by Jacopo Biondi Santi, who transformed this pleasant place into a large production of high quality wine. The estate is surrounded by olive trees, woods and verdant hills. The company leaves room not only for the great identity of Sangiovese, but also for vines of an international nature such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wines of this farm have a very long tradition and one of the most renowned production styles ever.

Schidione has an orange color with a nose of cinnamon, sultanas and rose hips. In the mouth an excellent structure and smooth tannins. A long and persistent wine.
