Montefredane, a hill in Campania, became famous thanks to the work of the Cantina Aipierti which in the 1980s put on the market some wines considered extraordinary for their quality and aromatic precision. Today Montefredane is one of the reference points for drinking an excellent white wine from Campania and thus being able to savor one of the true essences of the hills of southern Italy. Fiano is planted on clayey soil, while Greco is instead in the Montefusco district, at an altitude of 600 metres. The mild Mediterranean climate, the volcanic origins of the soil and its tuffaceous characteristics make this territory highly suited for viticulture.

The Fiano di Aipierti with a marked aroma with beautiful floral scents and freshly cut fruit, without forgetting a pleasant and imposing tuffaceous and clayey note deriving from the soil.
