The Viviani family owns ten hectares of vineyards in the hamlet of Mazzano, in the historic Valpolicella Classico area. The south-south-east exposure of the family vineyards and the high altitude (350 - 450 meters above sea level) in which they are located offer the best possible conditions for the cultivation of vines. Furthermore, the well-ventilated site and the low humidity favor the drying of the grapes for Recioto and Amarone.
Amarone di Viviani is an expression of the territory, with its slightly citrus notes and touches of red fruit in alcohol. Dark and intriguing. A wine for experts!
