We are in the Loire in the village of Saint-Andelain, an area where Sauvignon Blanc is considered a sacred grape variety. Didier Dagueneau grew up as a disciple of Henry Jayer, one of the most influential winemakers of the last 50 years. Didier is known for his wines that challenge the canons imposed by certifications and with flair and great mastery he devoted himself to his 11.5 hectares of vineyard until his last breath, passing away in September 2008 due to an illness. The company is now managed by his two children Louis and Charlotte.

The Blanc Fume de Poully, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, shines in the glass and moves sinuously. On the nose flint, elderflower and lemon peel. In the mouth dry and with a sharp acidity.
