In the heart of the Premier and Grand Cru we find Philipponnat, a company that owns 20 hectares of the most beautiful Pinot Noir vineyards in the Mareuil, Ay, Mutigny and Avenay area, all magnificently exposed to the south and nestled on pure craie. The main characteristics are: vinification among the most natural possible, fermentation temperatures never too low and low dosages so that the sugar cannot mask the balance between freshness and vinosity.

Philipponnat's Blanc de Noirs 2009 is a champagne with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses hints of spices, acacia flowers and berries, with a nice hint of honey. On the palate, it is broad and powerful, with a finish very long and extremely elegant.
