We are in the middle of the Gorizia Collio between the vast areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Edi Keber is one of the historical realities of the wine scene of this splendid region. Keber does not use any type of chemical agent and prefers traditional methods both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Its vineyards wind in a succession of vineyards next to each other. The use of purely organic agriculture makes his wines rich in character and very clean. For Edi, respect for these lands is absolute and thanks to its exceptional production it has received many compliments and criticisms from the greatest enthusiasts in the sector.

Collio Bianco di Keber is a wine with a slightly golden yellow color that expresses notes of cantaloupe melon, bergamot and candied lemon. A wine with a light structure and great acidity. Persistent finish.
