Casa Caterina's Cuvée 36 is an extraordinary vintage non-dosed classic method, with a very fine and persistent perlage. In the mouth it is soft, tasty, fresh and very mineral with a persistence played on savory notes that invites you to sip. This label is an absolutely artisanal rosé sparkling wine, with great character and high quality.
