The cellar was built and completed around the beginning of 1970. Set in the tuff and surrounded by bricks, it was renovated in 1998 by Giuseppe and Giovanni Poggiali who invested in steel vinification technology and expanded their production phase by introducing cutting-edge machines which however did not stole the soul of the cellarman's trade, jealous and lover of his wines.

For the Maestro Raro grapes, the most famous red grape variety in the world was chosen, Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives us the expression of the Fèlsina terroir in its most characteristic form. Scents of small fruits, tobacco, leather and new oak, without particular herbaceous or vegetable hints. In the mouth it is consistent, full, warm, and yet harmonious. Persistent and with ample aftertaste.
