The wines signed by Alphonse Mellot are the great synthesis of the spectacular territory of Sancerre, masterpiece French white wines , rich in fruit and mineral complexity. Expert winemakers since 1500 affirm that the birth of a good wine is a slow work of domestication of the terroir, an artisanal work that the Alphonse Mellots know well and that led them to create authentic masterpieces. The estate extends for more than 30 hectares on a limestone territory facing south, in which the work of the soil and the vineyard is an essential act.

Satellite 2008 Sancerre Blanc is produced with grapes from vines aged between 40 and 77 years on clay-limestone soil with south/south-east exposure, in organic and biodynamic culture.
