The two brothers Aurelio and Emilio, sons of Caterina, have staked everything on a courageous choice, that of not joining the Franciacorta consortium and acting freely, without restrictions: making wine freely and moving towards biodynamic production. The excellent geographical location of the vineyards, very low yields per plant and the very high level of the systems of breeding make Casa Caterina an excellence of Franciacorta.
