Ottosoldi a sparkling wine from Piedmont
·
·
The Ottosoldi vineyard covers about five hectares, in a wonderful amphitheater facing south-west, among the Gavi hills.
The owned vineyard is cultivated exclusively with Cortese, an autochthonous vine, appreciated for its exclusivity both in Italy and abroad.
The five thousand plants per hectare are treated according to the organic method which provides for cultivation without fertilizers and synthetic chemicals.
The peculiarity of the marly-calcareous soil gives important mineral notes which give freshness, structure and longevity to our Gavi.
