In the heart of the Premier and Grand Crus we find Philipponnat, a company that owns 20 hectares of the most beautiful Pinot Noir vineyards in the Mareuil, Ay, Mutigny and Avenay areas, all magnificently exposed to the south and inserted on the pure craie. The main characteristics are: vinifications that are among the most natural possible, fermentation temperatures that are never too low and low dosages so that the sugar cannot mask the balance between freshness and vinosity.

An assembly of the best Chardonnay chalk terroirs of Champagne, the Grand Blanc cuvée is a notable exception in the range of Philipponnat wines, which has made Pinot Noir its signature. Although quite intense and creamy in texture, this wine has all the lightness and finesse of a great Blanc de Blanc.
