Dhondt-Grellet owns some vineyards located mainly in the Grands and Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Cramant, Chouilly, Cuis, as well as in Sezanne for the Chardonnays and in Avenay-Val-d'Or in the Grande Vallée de Marne, for its great Pinot Noir. There are many vieilles vignes that express the freshness of this subsoil and then retransmit it in the wine. A company that collects the grapes manually and submits a careful selection both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
