The excellent geographical location of the vineyards, very low yields per plant and the very high level of the cultivation systems make Casa Caterina an excellence of Franciacorta.

Casa Caterina's Cuvée 36 is a large, elegant and delicate non-dosed classic method, it has good intensity and aromatic richness, with notes of citrus, spices and yellow fruit.
