The cellar was built and finished around the beginning of 1970. Set in tuff and surrounded by bricks, it was renovated in 1998 by Giuseppe and Giovanni Poggiali who invested in steel winemaking technology and expanded their production phase by introducing cutting-edge machines which, however, did not they stole the soul of the cellarman's profession, jealous and lover of his wines.
