The wines signed by Alphonse Mellot are the great synthesis of the spectacular territory of Sancerre, French white wines masterpiece, rich in fruit and mineral complexity. Expert winemakers since 1500 affirm that the birth of a good wine is a slow work of domestication of the terroir, an artisanal work that Alphonse Mellot know well and that led them to create authentic masterpieces. The estate extends for more than 30 hectares on a limestone territory facing south, in which the work of the soil and the vineyard is an essential act.
