The Viviani family owns ten hectares of vineyards in the hamlet of Mazzano, in the historic Valpolicella Classico area. The south-south-east exposure of the family vineyards and the high altitude (350 - 450 meters above sea level) in which they are located offer the best possible conditions for the cultivation of vines. Furthermore, the well-ventilated site and the low humidity favor the drying of the grapes for Recioto and Amarone.
Viviani's Amarone is powerful and deep. Balsamic and ripe fruit notes. In the mouth pawing for his. great alcoholic power but is recomposed in a long and clean finish.
