Jérôme Prévost is a student of Anselme Selosse. In 1987 he took over the 2.2 hectares of the family vineyard in Gueux, at the foot of the small mountain of Reims. For 10 years he sold grapes to shop owners until he met Selosse who offered to help him. He thus produces a “Les Béguines” cuvée with an entirely “Bourguignonne” philosophy: a grape variety (Pinot Meunier), a soil (sandy limestone) and an aging process (100% in wood).
