Dhondt-Grellet owns several vineyards located mainly in the Grands and Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Cramant, Chouilly, Cuis, as well as in Sezanne for the Chardonnays and in Avenay-Val-d'Or in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, for its great Pinot Noir. There are many vieilles vignes that express the freshness of this subsoil and then transmit it into the wine. The Champagne Les Noger 2012 1er Cru Blan de Blancs Extra Brut is a straw yellow wine. Aromas of fresh hazelnut, marl and clay. Very elegant mouth and great taste-olfactory persistence.
