Grandfather, Roger, founded Champagne R. Pouillon in 1947 and father James has done an incredible job developing the Domaine. They intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process. Fermentation is induced by autochthonous yeasts or naturally present on the bunches. A second malolactic fermentation brings softness and complexity to their wines. They are Champagnes to which meticulous attention and very precise and targeted cellar work are dedicated. Great producers who produce great Champagnes.
