The Faccoli winery grows its vines in one of the most difficult areas of Franciacorta to cultivate, but it is equally undeniable that the soils of this area are richer in minerals and the particular exposure gives these grapes, if worked well, unique characteristics. Faccoli perfectly embodies the Italian Classic Method, which would not look out of place in the French Costa dei Bianchi. The result is unmistakable and straightforward Franciacortas, with great aromatic persistence and lively minerality.

Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Faccoli is the latest product put on the market. It represents the research work of the company, a bubble was missing capable of synthesizing the traditional method and expressing its nature: evolution of the wine maceration on the yeasts. From this research the Dosaggio Zero was born: a non-dosed bubble, disgorged and topped up with the same wine after 48 months on the lees.
