The Boffalora agricultural company was founded in 2002 by Guglielmo Giuseppe and takes its name from one of the company's main vineyards: "Boffalora" which recalls the blowing of the wind. All Giuseppe Guglielmo's passion for the territory and the Nebbiolo of the Alps is contained and told in his bottles. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of herbicides or synthetic products.
With approximately 30,000 m2 of vineyards at 400 meters above sea level, Boffalora produces: Pietrisco (Valtellina Superiore docg), Umo (Rosso di Valtellina docg), Runco de Onego (Sforzato di Valtellina Superiore docg) and La Sàsa (Riserva Valtellina Superiore docg).
