The Pacenti company was born in 1970 with the purchase of the property north of Montalcino (Pelagrilli) by Siro. These are the years in which some important vineyards are planted, still existing on the clayey and fresh soils of the side facing Siena. In 1988, management passed to Giancarlo. It is the year of the harvest in which the Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino Siro Pacenti are bottled for the first time.

Siro Pacenti's Vecchie Vigne is ruby ​​red with violet notes. On the nose a bouquet of fresh roses and some hints of black cherry and wet leaves. It takes time to open. In the mouth it dances on the papillae and closes in an excellent retro-olfactory sensation.
