Antonio Moretti is the owner of this award-winning winery for the great quality of its wines. The company has 330 hectares of which only 50 are vineyards. In the vineyards, located on the gentle slopes of the Chianti hills, favorably exposed at an average altitude of 300 meters above sea level, with soils with a heterogeneous but well-combined structure of clay, sand, limestone, the typical Chianti marl, vines are grown such as: Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Crognolo is an intense ruby red wine with hints of blueberry and undergrowth surrounded by a slight citrus scent given by Sangiovese. In the mouth it is dominant and complex.
